ISB’s Commitment to the Future

ISB@25 is a moment to celebrate the journey so far, recognise the people who have shaped the School, and look ahead to what comes next.

As ISB enters its next chapter, these commitments reflect a simple institutional idea: to use the capabilities built over 25 years to create opportunity, strengthen capacity and contribute beyond the School’s own walls.

Each pledge is designed to create lasting institutional assets and public value, extending the impact of ISB well beyond its Silver Jubilee year.

Accessibility • Scholarships

Talent should not be limited by cost, geography or circumstance. ISB is committed to making a world-class management education more accessible to high-potential learners who may otherwise see it as beyond their reach.

The ISB25 Scholars Programme will provide 250 annual scholarships across the PGP and PGP YL, through a mix of 100%, 50%, 30% and 25% tuition-fee waivers.

The commitment will also create new opportunities for alumni, donors and partners to support named scholarships and learner pathways, making access a shared institutional endeavour.

Grow the scholars,
beyond the School

Capacity Building • Research and Teaching

ISB’s responsibility as a research-led institution extends beyond its own faculty and classrooms. A stronger management education ecosystem requires more scholars across India to have access to the tools, resources and capabilities needed to produce rigorous, relevant research.

The India Research Commons will create a shared platform offering curated datasets, research tools, methods resources and AI-enabled platforms, lowering barriers to contemporary management research for scholars across India.

ISB will also launch a national faculty-development initiative, sharing its experience in pedagogy, classroom teaching and technology-enabled learning with management institutions across the country.
